1. Garage sale signs are now available from our Coolum office, free of charge, for your next garage sale.

2. Just call/email us your name, address, date & time of your garage sale.

3. We will provide you with 3 direction signs to promote your sale, Council regulations require that they be placed out early morning on the allocated day and are removed at the end of the sale that day. They are not allowed to be positioned on roundabouts or to restrict any vehicle views turning in or out of streets. We suggest you place them on the corners of streets leading to the property and one out the front. The colours on the signs are eye catching and will hopefully maximise enquiry to your garage sale.

4. We will promote your garage sale through the following:

(a) free website exposure under www.northshorerealty.com.au under heading GARAGE SALE this will also display your address date & time of your sale

(b) We will advertise your Garage Sale on a Window Card which is placed in the front window of our Coolum office

(c) There will be a list of Garage Sales brochures available at the front desk of our office during the week for collection by interested parties noting all details

5. On the week of your sale please call into our office to collect your signs and hammer and then return them on the following Monday so we can recycle them for the following week.

6. Please note: If any signs are returned damaged or are not returned at all, there will be a nominal fee of $15.00 per sign, charged. Do not write or stick anything on the signs.  We appreciate Duty of Care taken when in possession of North Shore Realty’s property.
