North Shore Body Corporate has been in full operation for 8 years and Cath Blanchard, who is the Principal of the firm, has developed considerable experience in Body Corporate Management which has consolidated with a very sound Accountancy and Management background extending over a period of approximately 19 years. Cath has also completed the Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management. Cath has been actively managing Bodies Corporate for the past 8 years but has been involved with her Real Estate and property background for the past 14 years in the area. With the legislation undergoing major changes to the “Act” Cath is constantly updating her knowledge to ensure that North Shore Body Corporate stays abreast of the changes and embraces them with efficiency and confidence.

We operate a fully comprehensive Computer Program designed for the Body Corporate Industry which together with the Bendigo Community Bank allows owners greater flexibility and more options on paying levies including B-Pay and over the counter payments (EFTPOS or cash) at any Australia Post branch in the Country.

We attend regular workshops to make sure we are abreast of all technology enhancements within the industry such as community websites dedicated specifically for a building or gated community.

At North Shore Body Corporate we believe in the “value added”. That is why we charge a flat fee for our services and include all our outlays and other expenses which can sometimes mount up to a substantial amount of money.

We expect the highest quality workmanship from every person in our business be it our Receptionist or our Handyman.
