Access
The Bruce Highway links the Sunshine Coast with Queensland's capital, Brisbane, traversing each of the region's three local authority areas. The highway is four lanes between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
Rail
A regular electric rail service operates between the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane, stopping in hinterland townships. The service is used primarily by Coast residents commuting to Brisbane.
Air
